Information handling policy
GOV CERT SK receives computer security incidents reports via e-mail, telephone notification or electronic form only to the extent necessary in accordance with the law in force in the Slovak republic.
This information is considered as sensitive with increased confidentiality and is not normally provided to a third party.
The exception to providing information to third parties are cases when this information is needed to deal the incident while maintaining anonymity.
The exception to providing information based on report are cases when the information is required in criminal proceedings or is required by court order in accordance with the law in force in the Slovak republic.
We recommend to use encrypting when sending sensitive information via e-mail to protect it from viewing by an unauthorized person. We prefer OpenPGP standard encryption.
At the same time, we draw your attention to make PGP signatures checks in emails and documents to confirm they have been made using the GOV CERT SK key.
